It will create severe stress for us and will make us to work for more and extra hours. • Taking frequent breaks whenever needed: This is the most important thing that we need to take care of while planning the activities to manage the time accordingly. Sitting for long hours will create health issues both physical and mental. Breaks will be available only when you schedule your day properly. Within these breaks, you can relax and energize yourself to work for the rest of the hours.
