The freedom to Vary,
abolition of burden to marry,
no prejudice at no juncture, no eating up of my skin by man hunters.
Allow me to dye my hair green, blue, teal or pink, accept my voice under my ink,
not too many boys to date
neither I want sympathetic view,
My needs are different but necessary,
don’t tag them as unacceptable or new.
I need no help in times of awry,
but stop trading me on the name of dowry.
Don’t allow me to wear rags,
but teach your son to be a man human enough.
No shingle of my skin,
no chains for me to be tied with,
neither the crutches for me to walk,
But dignity for my views when I talk.
More security to build around yourself,
no manipulation of my wants,
on the name of whelve.
The freedom to aspire, with,
respect for my choices of becoming.
My win shouldn’t be your loss,
thus, your manhood shouldn’t be threatened with my feminine gloss.
I don’t yearn for divinity of my gender,
but the equality of my dreams and body
that are tied as wrath alike my rights,
for which I shall sacrifice myself in fight,
to have my heirs a world revolutionized,
who’s chutzpah is given a fair line,
with freedom to vary and flight
with respect for my body and no horrid night.
Greetings!! Myself Khushi Tyagi from Ghaziabad, UP. I’m pursuing BA Programme ( Economics + Mathematics) from Lady Shir Ram College For Women. I am happy-go-lucky person and believe in living in the moment itself. I take special interest in debating, reading, binge watching movies, exploring new places, and being around in nature. I am a die hard foodie who can experiment with anything under the sun. I am an incurable night owl and most days you are likely to find me nestled with a book at 3am or standing in the balcony gazing the sky. I am also a very inquisitive person as I like to question about the things and happenings around me. You will find me more around the dogs rather than humans.
